All products come with a two-day warranty covering factory defects only.
To submit a warranty or refund request, you must provide a valid heetsajman.ae invoice number.
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs and modifications.
Refund or exchange requests must be submitted within two days from the date of purchase.
Any claims made after the two-day window will not be accepted.
Returned products must remain in their original, unopened factory-sealed packaging.
Refunds are accepted only for the following reasons:
Once we receive your returned product, you will be notified by email. After inspection, we will confirm whether your request is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be issued via bank transfer or cash depending on the situation.
If declined, the item will be shipped back to your original address.
Exchanges are provided only for items that are defective or damaged.

The following items are not covered under warranty and cannot be returned:
Warranty applies strictly to manufacturing defects. Any product showing signs of scratches, drops, misuse, liquid damage, or physical impact will not qualify.
For hygiene and safety reasons, e-liquids are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Taste preferences vary, so returns based on personal taste are not accepted.
E-liquids cannot be returned even if sealed, unless we sent the wrong item.
